Melissa is an expert at developing sales processes for startups. She will first conduct research into the customer journey, then set up KPIs to measure this journey and develop the processes for selling to this customer. These processes include the development of FAQ and Objections documents that help to improve productivity and build the brand by controlling the message in the channel. Once the processes achieve stability, she will work to transition the work to the internal team (including recruiting, hiring, and training) and set up a continuous improvement system that can be self-managed by the team.
Melissa has more than 30 years of experience in sales and sales process development for small companies and startups.
