My name is Steve Owens and I am a serial Entrepreneur.  I have founded and run numerous technology companies.  My biggest frustration was the time and energy needed to develop effective engineering teams.  If you are a small technology company, I am sure you know what I am talking about.  First, it is very difficult to attract top talent to a small company.  Second, it takes years and millions of dollars to bring these people together as a team, with leadership, management and systems in place.  This situation is only going to get worse as technology becomes more and more specialized.  The day of the super engineer that could do everything is over, now you need a team.
